Summary & Order : Petitioners have filed this petition under section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.120/2020 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Ajmer for the offence under Sections 323, 143, 354, 452, 307, 336 Indian Penal Code, 1860(hereinafter referred to as 'IPC').
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies and are not attributed injury falling under Section 307 IPC. It is a case of version and cross-version. Petitioners have also suffered injuries in the incident. Petitioners are ready to join investigation. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the petition. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed. In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall join investigation as and when required by the police and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. Petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. Bail application allowed.

Conclusion : In this order the important things is that the accused was ready to join investigation and the cross FIR was also registered as both parties sustained injuries but not serious.
